The price is good for the space however, there are a couple issues that need to be addressed. First, the spare foot website states that these are environmentally controlled units, and clearly they are not. Second, the units are dirty and not clean when turned over for a new customer. I just moved in, and I will have to clean out the unit myself and bomb it for bugs and spiders. Thirdly, the unit numbers are not very well marked as I had trouble figuring out which unit was mine. On a good note, the owners of the establishment are very kind and responsive. When I expressed that I had trouble with my unit, they upgraded me to a better unit for the same price. Overall, the price is worth it.
