Jimmy Carpenter wears a white mask, a black tuxedo suit and a red tie. Along with his gray music box, he entertains passers-by at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive - and on a good day he says he pulls in $200 to $300. "God gave me this gift," Carpenter, 51, says during a break.
