Very friendly staff & affordable unit. Unfortunately we got an end unit that has a dip in the floor where water can get in from the outside. The wall on the right isn't fully on the ground so our stuff is at risk of getting wet. Theirs also a few mouse traps in our unit which makes since because of the gap between the floor & the wall. Because of the waiting list I'm unsure if we can switch units with one the same size, price & drive up accessable.

From the first phone call to actually moving in, everything was so easy! Everyone was helpful when I called, the kiosk worked perfectly with my code, and the unit was clean as a whistle! Also, having a wonderful clean bathroom in the building really helped after driving up from Georgia and then unloading. I look forward to getting another unit soon as I have MORE to move!
