The glowing marquees of the Bijou and the Tivoli Theatres downtown both announced a new event last week. The Broad Street Film Festival, hosted by Bryan College and Covenant College, was held last weekend and drew hundreds of viewers. Lines of students coiled around the Bijou Theatre’s lobby on the night of the 23rd, as they waited see a collection of films made by students of both schools.
