The nice-sized living room has hardwood floors and a gas fireplace with a huge brick hearth. Wood paneling has been painted a light shade, and lots of windows let in sunlight. The front door off of the living room exits to the front yard and gravel drive.

An attached carport has room for one car. Entering from the carport brings you into the laundry area with the washer and dryer, which are included. The dryer is located in an open closet that can be used for hanging storage. The bathroom is small with a shower (no tub), some shelving and a small window.

The kitchen has a mix of cabinets and open shelving for storage and appliances including the electric oven and refrigerator. A door off of the kitchen has steps down to the wooded back yard. Vinyl flooring runs throughout the bath, laundry and kitchen.
