Tony Carnes is Senior Writer of Christianity Today. Most recently, he wrote the cover stories "New China, Same Old Tricks," "Bush's Moment: The President's faith in a time of crisis," "Day of Grace, Day of Terror," and "The Silicon Valley Saints." He has also recently published the books NY Glory: Religions in the City and Asian American Soul, both with New York University Press, and the monographs Knickerbocker Village and Glorious Pilgrimage: Immigrant Incorporation by Faith Based Organizations.
