Clayton Sizemore is a results oriented self-starter with a solid background of more than 20 years in broadcasting and finance. Mr. Sizemore is an organizational master and an effective communicator. His proven record of success in television news management has earned him professional accolades as an excellent problem solver, decision-maker, team player, and motivator. In 1998, Sizemore was selected for entry into the highly competitive and prestigious Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida. He graduated in 1999 from Poynter’s Leadership Development Program.

Born in Mount Vernon, New York, Clayton Sizemore grew up in a generation and in an environment of social empowerment and change. Personal childhood influences from leaders in politics, arts and religion like Betty Shabazz, Adam ‘Clayton’ Powell and Langston Hughes all made impressions. Those impressions set a standard for excellence that remains a part of Sizemore’s personal and professional ethic.
As a technical broadcast journalist, Sizemore has a unique background that ranges from hands on experience asan accomplished photographer, editor, and director to that of effective manager and skilled negotiator. Sizemore’s Journalism career has garnered him achievement on many fronts. Sizemore is currently the Manager of Operations for CNN in New York. Prior to joining the world’s breaking news leader, CNN, he worked for New York’s NBC 4 as Manager of Field Operations and Manager of Field Maintenance.
Now a resident of New Jersey, Sizemore is married and the father of three.
